Complaint resolution

Every reasonable effort is made to resolve complaints. If you are not happy with the outcome or the management of your complaint you can forward the matter to the Victorian Ombudsman – Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner. There are different bodies to consult, considering the nature of your complaint. We’ve provided more information here.
